St. Matthew’s Preschool Power Hour exists to strengthen families with young children by offering them an affordable program rich in spiritual, intellectual, physical, creative, and social parent-child bonding activities.

During each Power Hour session, children will explore core learning concepts through music, crafts and play.

Join us on Wednesdays!
Who: Parents and preschool-aged children
Lessons and activities are aimed at the developmental level of 18 months through 4 years. Infant siblings are welcome to tag along at no added cost.
When: Power Hour is offered as an 9-week semester in the fall and the spring. Classes are hosted on Wednesdays from 9:00-10:00 AM.
- Winter 2026: February 4 – April 8
No class on March 18 due to Spring Break
Where: Power Hour is held at First Steps Childcare, in the Flex Room.
Cost: $20 per child to help cover materials. No charge for siblings 18 months & younger.
