What to Expect
Welcome!
You'll be greeted by friendly faces who are glad you’re here. Keep an eye out for our Hospitality Team members wearing red lanyards — they’d love to welcome you and help you get settled. Our signs and ushers will help guide you to the worship space, and if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask along the way.
Inside, you’ll receive a program to guide you through the service, and the screens up front will help you follow along too. Sit wherever you’d like — we’ve saved a seat just for you.
What to Expect
For the kids.
We love having families worship together! We understand that little ones won’t always sit still or stay quiet, and that’s perfectly okay. Our goal is for families to worship together. That’s why we include a monthly children’s message during the service and provide totes filled with activity sheets, crayons, books and more.
If your child needs a quiet space, our Parent Room is located at the back left corner of the sanctuary, along with a separate Mothers' Room for added privacy. All of our restrooms are equipped with changing stations, and a family restroom is also available for your convenience.

Worship at St. Matthew's.
Our entire service centers on God’s love for us through Jesus. Though we were lost in sin, God rescued us through Christ’s death on the cross and his resurrection. Everything we do—our songs, Bible readings, message, and prayers—celebrates this joyful truth.

Our worship time is about an hour.
Wear what is comfortable for you. That’s different for everyone. Some are comfortable in a tie. Some are comfortable in jeans. How you dress isn’t nearly as important as the fact that you are here, and we are glad you are here!
We love welcoming families to worship together and design our services to be meaningful and engaging for even Jesus’ littlest lambs.
Often, little ones will enjoy a Children’s Message on the first Sunday of each month created just for them, and our services include songs and prayers that become familiar and comforting over time.
Our worship style is full of joy! We are so grateful for what Jesus has done for us that we can’t help but express our praise and thanks with joyful hearts.
Our worship follows a thoughtful order, focusing on God and His incredible work through Jesus. We sing songs that remind us of this truth—some modern, some traditional—but all are chosen to joyfully express our gratitude and praise for a life transformed by Jesus.
We also read from the Bible and hear a message that explains the source of our joy—Jesus.
He’s at the heart of everything we do, and that’s what makes our worship so joyful!

We offer an introductory, Bible Information Class where you can ask questions, explore what the Bible has to say, and understand the basics of Christianity.
